Hey there MISHUKIO queens! Our team must inform you that we are not offering refunds at this time. However, we do offer our customers an exchange policy for items that were purchased a wrong size. Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase we will not be able to offer you an exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached. If the hygiene sticker has been removed from the bikini bottom we are unable to accept your exchange. To complete your exchange you must first email us informing us with the size swap for your exchange: info@mishukio.com
We require a receipt or proof of purchase to process an exchange. Please write us via the Contact Us tab.
Please do not send your purchase back to the warehouse.
Once your exchange is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange. If your exchange has been approved, we will send your new item within three business days.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your exchange item and receiving your new exchange. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your exchange item.
